What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Don't worry if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we know that life gets crazy. Just to protect our stylists, we request you to make any changes to your appointment more than 24 hour before. If changes are made less than 24 hours before, you will be charged a fee of $5 to either the card on file or at your next appointment. If any deposits are made prior to the appointment and appointment is missed or canceled, your deposit will be kept by the salon.
How do I know what to book?
Not sure what you want to get done? Book a free consultation with one of our stylists. A consultation is a 15-20 minute conversation with a stylist to talk about what you want to get done and what the process will be.
