Salon Policies

Appointments & Cancellations

We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. After three (3) last-minute cancellations, we will no longer accept you as a guest. No-call/no-shows will result in immediate refusal of future appointments. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will not be allowed to book with us again.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service. Full-service charges may still apply.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services or new clients. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and digital payments.

 

No Refunds & Redo Policy

We do not offer refunds or redos for any services. Every client receives a thorough consultation before their appointment, and by choosing our salon, you acknowledge and trust our expertise. If you are unsatisfied, we will assess and discuss options, but redo services will only be considered within 7 days of the original appointment. Any changes after this timeframe will require a new appointment and full service pricing. Respect Policy: We ask that all guests treat our stylists with the same respect and professionalism that we provide. If a guest is rude, disrespectful, or mistreats our team, we will not offer any refunds, redos, or future services. Disrespectful behavior will result in immediate refusal of service.

 

Hair Coloring & Chemical Services

No bleaching for clients under the age of 16. Due to hormonal changes in children’s hair, we cannot guarantee the results of bleaching or color treatments. Vivid colors are unpredictable. While our stylists will make every effort to achieve the desired result, we cannot guarantee an exact match or longevity of color. There are no refunds or redos for vivid colors, and by booking, clients acknowledge this written warning. For children under 16, "pop of color" services are limited to 5 foils or less. We do not offer full-color services for clients under 16. A patch test may be required for certain color services to ensure there are no allergic reactions. Gray blending & platinum blonding require multiple sessions. These services typically take 3-4 sessions to achieve the desired result. No refinements or adjustments will be made between sessions as we are gradually lifting previous color from the hair. Hair will lift warm in the process, and it will take several sessions to reach your goal. We must also determine if your hair can lift to white/gray safely. If, after lifting, your stylist determines that your hair cannot reach the desired shade without compromising its integrity, we will not proceed further. No refunds or redos will be given in these cases, as we make professional recommendations based on the health of your hair.

 

Hygiene & Safety

For safety and sanitation, we do not offer services to clients with contagious conditions or open wounds. We maintain high hygiene standards and sanitize all tools and stations after each use. The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

 

Behavior & Respect

We strive to provide a welcoming and professional environment for all. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service if a client fails to show respect toward our team.
